The rooms here are quiet, have a good shower, a comfortable sofa bed, and the staff is friendly.

Excellent location: right behind the gate of the Old Town, 200m from public transport, yet very quiet street. Very helpful staff (looked up transport schedule, gave recommendations). Nicely decorated rooms. Good quality internet in the rooms (both wired and wireless). Reception sells drinks. Free coffee and tea in the room.
Minor inconveniences: Shower curtain of insufficient length (first shower nearly resulted in a small flooding). No drapes on windows. Breakfast was ok but could have definitely been better.

The staff were very helpful and the hotel was in a great location, inside the famous Viru Gates but not in the centre of the old town where it could be noisy.
The complimentary "upgrade" we got was to a twin room with 2 of the smallest single beds I've ever seen in a hotel!! They were also on opposite sides of the room, so it felt like a dormitory!!

Friendly staff. We have forgotten credit card in the hotel when paying for the stay and they have sent it to us without any problem. Excellent location - very close to the historical centre. All the main sightseeing features are within walking distance. Nice wooden furnishings and wooden floor add to charm of the hotel.
Breakfast buffet could be a little bit more varied. I missed plain yoghourt.

Great location! - a good hotel to stay for 1 night and explore amazing Old Town (but actually there are better hotels in this area for the same or a little bit higher price, e.g. Kalev Spa Hotel with excellent breakfast & free admission to Water Park & gym)
- a small window (stained-glass window) without possibility to open it or see smth in the street - breakfast is poor and dissapointing: tea, coffee (really bad), juice(3), cheese(2), ham(2), yogurt, corn flakes, bread(2), jam(2), butter, tomato, cucumber, some fruits - no egg, scrambled eggs or porridge - thin pillows and narrow single beds

The place was clean with a welcoming and pleasant staff. Location: the hotel was just off everything, including public transport and the old town of Riga. The food was delicious and the location was marvellous.

The breakfast was delicious and varied, set in a central location near the harbor, shops, and the charming Old Town district – definitely worth staying in.

Girls and a young man on reception were very polite, friendly, that was a main pleasant impression, when he came in and when we were leaving the hotel. Clean room, everything was fine,if we have a chance to be there once more,we sure will stay there again.
Awww.....a window frame was broken,im sorry. That fact didnt disturb us,but we just wanted to close the window.

The staff all spoke excellent english and were very willing to help and advise on trips outside of the city. The location was great, just inside the edge of the Old town and next door to a small supermarket.

The female staff employees were very professional and helpful. They extended themselves to us very nicely and were most helpful with our tourist questions. The hotel is in a great location, quiet but right next to the "Old Town" area. I would stay there again and tell others about it.
I would have liked an egg choice for breakfast but there were enough of the traditional choices to make the breakfast totally acceptable.

The location at the very heart of the Old Town of Tallinn.
